CHILD CARE: FULL DAY {Sanford Campus}
Holy Cross Lutheran Academy and Preschool is dedicated in teaching the grace and love of our Savior, Jesus Christ, to the children in our care. We provide a safe, wholesome and nurturing learning environment for children with a curriculum that meets their individual needs during each stage of development. Each program at HCLA assists children in realizing their full potential and establishes a foundation for a lifetime of independent learning.

HCLA is certified in The Eco-Healthy Child Care (EHCC) program which ensures that child care settings are as environmentally healthy as possible. HCLA commits to providing environments that are safe, healthy, and free of chemicals of concern and other environmental health hazards.

Snapshots Around Campus
INFANT 6 WEEKS - 12 MONTHS
At Holy Cross our teachers provide infants with a safe environment rich with opportunities to explore and enjoy. Teachers guide your child through the many developmental stages and milestones of this important first year. The infant room is a nurturing, resourceful environment filled with language and movement. Our infant buggy allows the babies have outdoor experiences when the weather permits.
Our ratio of 1 care giver for every 3 children allows us to give individualized care. A daily communication paper is given to parents at the end of the day which includes information about eating, sleeping, diapering and any anecdotal information about your child's day.
Babies are on their own schedule for eating, sleeping, and play time.
They will transition from baby food to table food that is provided by Holy Cross.
From rolling over and crawling, to walking; from bottle to sippie cups, our teachers work with parents to provide a loving and nurturing place.
The curriculum for Infants is the faith-based, Wee Learn.
